CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that many of our patients live with health conditions that can change unexpectedly. I aim to be supportive and flexible while also keeping appointment times available for those who need them. To ensure a fair and reliable service, the following policy applies.

• More than 24 hours’ notice
  Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
   
• Less than 24 hours’ notice
  Cancellations, rescheduling made with under 24 hours’ notice, or non-availability after I've arrived, will be charged at the full session fee.

I recognise that symptoms or medical circumstances can deteriorate without warning. If your cancellation is due to:

• a new or worsening health issue,
• medical advice from a GP or specialist, or
• any significant change that makes attending unsafe or impractical

Please let me know as soon as possible. In these situations, cancellation fees may be waived or reduced at my discretion.

The time your message is received will determine the notice period. Please note cancellation fees must be paid before future sessions can be booked.

I approach every situation with empathy, professionalism, and fairness. In return, I do ask patients to provide as much notice as reasonably possible, so I can continue offering timely and accessible physiotherapy care.
